If the product is found to be defective, you can return the item to us in its original condition within 10 days of receipt. Only items purchased directly from the El Durazno Irrigation Systems online store will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized stores , contact them directly for returns. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories. Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased and products damaged through incorrect customer handling. Returns made without a receipt can be rejected. Irrigation Systems El Durazno reserves the right to refuse any return.

Please contact our customer service team and inform us of your problem. Please include the following information:
-Order number
-Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the defective product (must be applicable)
-Direct delivery address
-Contact phone number
-In all cases, you will be asked to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof to replace the product.
REFUND:
We do not make refunds. Except if you cancel orders. Only if the product is still under warranty, will we repair it for the warranty, but the customer will have to pay the freight and. If you have manufacturing defects, we will exchange it for another new product.
CANCELING ORDERS:
Items already shipped are not reversible, and then must be returned for a refund (see the "Refunds" section above). Keep in mind that the cost of this return must be paid by the customer.
